Pizoli is a new fast food chain concept that is designed to compete with traditional fast food Pizza chains such as Dominos and Papa John’s. The name Pizoli comes from the formation of the word pizza and ravioli, although there is no pasta based ingredients in the pizoli.
The pizoli will be differentiated by being an actual inside out pizza that tastes better than pizza and can be deep fried or served in a baked format. They are shaped like a half moon and they are very delicious. There has been over 20 years of practice to perfect the recipe and cooking process as well as dough rising “know how” of the Pizoli inside out pizza that will remain a trade secret for the chain. Pizoli’s are cooked two ways either fried or baked.
